Note: Please allow sufficient time for processing before you intend to travel, keeping in mind differences in hours and days of business of foreign embassies. It is the responsibility of the individual to arrange and bear any costs associated with obtaining an entry visa and although we may be able to assist with this process, we will not accept liability for any such costs, nor for any costs associated with the failure to obtain such entry visa. Please note that you should allow up to two weeks for the invitation letter to be issued.
