Laila Chemane-Chilemba is the Vice President for Public Affairs & External Communications with the TotalEnergies Mozambique LNG Project. Having held previously the position of Vice President for Socioeconomic Development, Laila accumulates more than 20 years of experience on the social field 11 of those on the extractive industry.

With the Mozambique LNG project the emphasis has been in promoting social inclusion and shared value through sustainable development initiatives driven under the brand: TUNAWESA – Together we can for the development of the northern Cabo Delgado.
