Ray Leonard is President of Anglo Eurasia Power Africa, dedicated to providing low-carbon energy for southern Africa.  He has held executive positions with Amoco, YUKOS, and was CEO of Hyperdynamics.  He has been active in presenting on world oil and gas reserves and climate change   at forums such as Council on Foreign Relations, International Energy Agency and the World Economic Forum at Davos.
