Jonny has over 20 years of experience of financing to the Oil & Gas Sector in EMEA, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa Oil & Gas for the last 10 years

Experience in client coverage and a broad range of structured financing products including project finance advisory / lending, reserve-based lending, acquisition finance, pre-export finance, mezzanine and corporate lending

He has played lead roles in a number of market-leading transactions including most recently: Mozambique LNG project finance, Anoh Gas Processing Company project finance (Nigeria), Petrobras Oil & Gas BV RBL, Santolina (Shell-NNPC Nigeria) and Seplat RCF / Acquisition Bridge for Eland Oil & Gas

Previous experience includes 10 years in O&G project finance including advisory roles on Sakhalin II LNG, Nigeria LNG, Nord Stream and arranging roles on Qatargas II, Bonny Gas LNG tankers and South Hook LNG import terminal
