Anicha Abdul, is a co-founder and Managing Director of EP Management Consultancy Services. She has exceptional expertise in HR solutions for specialized industries such as in Oil and Gas, Mining and FMCG. She has spearheaded the placement over hundreds of employees, locals and expatriates in mega projects in Mozambique over the past 10 years. She has extensive skills in conflict management, immigration, and contracting and human capital management. Anicha is a certified Leadership Coach and Trainer through John Maxwell Team. An organization focused on raising effectiveness of world leaders. Prior to joining the entrepreneur world, Anicha worked in a Mining Company and an International Tax Firm. She is the founder of a group of companies NEESH, which comprises of supply of specialized work wear ensuring that health and safety standards are met, Accounting and Tax consulting. She recently initiated the development of a social economic women empowerment project with the objective to get more women businesses involved in the mega projects. Anicha is passionate and actively involved in the empowerment of women in business in Mozambique.
