Ramanathan Ramaswamy has been in the international oil and gas business for more than twenty-five years. In his current role, as Project Director, TechnipFMC North America he has executed projects in the USA, Mexico and Caribbean region. Ram, has most recently successfully executed the Juniper Project. Juniper was a large EPCI project, which included Subsea and a Fixed Platform in Trinidad.
Ram has a variety of international oil and gas project experience. His initial role was with Coflexip Stena in Perth (predecessor to Technip and TechnipFMC), followed by an assignment as Area Manager in India. Ram next successfully executed a variety of West African projects, while based in Paris, France. Moving to Houston more than a decade ago, Ram has held various roles as Project Manager, Director of Projects and Project Director for critical EPCI projects. He has executed several projects for all the major operators. Ram has been a key member of the TechnipFMC Subsea/ Offshore management organization.
Ram has a Masters in Business Administration degree from Rice University, Houston, Texas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
