The Virtual Summit offers an opportunity to virtually meet a vast network of international and Mozambican contacts in the LNG and gas industry, and get the latest updates on developments in the the Mozambican markets without having to travel.

We took the difficult decision to postpone the live edition of the Summit for 2020 due to the ongoing restrictions on gatherings. The health, safety and well-being of the community remain of the utmost importance to us and we decided a Virtual Summit offers a safe, risk-free alternative that can still offer our attendees a valuable learning and networking experience.

Yes! The Virtual Summit platform offers attendees the ability to directly message and book meetings with other delegates, speakers or sponsors at the event. What’s more, the platform hosts a revolutionary matchmaking service, connecting you with individuals best matched to your specific interests and objectives.

The Virtual MGS platform will come to life on 14th October, at which point you’ll be able to see the full delegate list, and request meetings with fellow attendees

Yes, attendees will be able to visit ‘virtual booths’, look at all the promotional materials that has been uploaded and request to meet with exhibitors

You’ll be able to login to the platform from the 14th October, at which point you can create your profile, access the agenda, book meetings with exhibitors and fellow attendees

To participate in the event, you will need:
• a computer or mobile phone
• stable Wi-Fi network
• functioning audio and video functions
•Bandwidths  500- 2,000 Kbps for 480p.

No. Sharing your video content is not required but you might find it useful for virtual networking.

You’ll be able to view the sessions and presentations on demand for 48 hours after the event finishes

Presentations will be delivered in both English and Portuguese and subtitled translation will be provided where possible. The platform also has the ability for users to change the language setting, so all navigational elements are in language of their choice

The event will be held in Mozambique time (GMT+2).
